About Our Vermouth
Many of the botanics used in our craft vermouth are handpicked by local farmers in the surrounding hills of Piedmont, Italy. We combine a gentle distillation process called vapor infusion to the traditional direct infusion technique in order to delicately extract the flavor, aroma and natural properties of the many different herbs used. Combining old world practices with new school techniques allows us to create a superb vermouth.
